  As with everything you do with a toy or miniature breed, you need to do less of it and more gently! This holds true for massage, which should be done with the lightness of touch you would use if you were touching a human infant.

    I have no idea why massaging toy dogs gently would elicit this question but maybe it’s a test to see if I’m paying attention?! The answer is NO DOGS SHOULD NEVER HAVE ACCESS TO REAL CHOCOLATE. I thought that was one of the very few things all dog lovers knew and could agree upon. But we’re talking about real chocolate – most commercial “chocolate flavored” cookies and cakes and cake mixes contain no cocoa or real chocolate so Oreos and Betty Crocker cakes pose no danger to dogs except from the sugar and preservatives.
