The Daily Dog Tip

For humans, hair loss is somewhat normal with the process of aging. Some of us go bald, our eyebrows get thin, and we grow extra tufts of hair in our ears. It isn’t pretty. But for dogs, hair loss is not a regular age-related event. In fact, it can be a symptom of several serious illnesses, most of which are easily treatable. So don’t think Fluffy’s thinning fur and your thinning hair mean the same thing. You’re fine, but your pet isn’t. Get Fluffy to a vet and get a diagnosis.

I’m not sure why but this website is loading incredibly slow for me. Is anyone else having this problem or is it a problem on my end? I’ll check back later and see if the problem still exists.
