Cast between 1,000 and 1,999 total votes, and you’ll earn 30 Zealies!
Cast between 2,000 and 3,499 total votes, and you’ll earn 50 Zealies!
Cast between 3,500 and 4,999 total votes, and you’ll earn 70 Zealies!!
Cast more than 5,000 total votes, and you’ll earn 100 Zealies!!!!!

We just went back and checked the 3rd and 4th annual zealie prizes and 100 zealies was the max you could get.
I am new. So, I was just looking and reading all the rules, etc. Can anyone explain to me this:
If everybody (or most of people) vote for all entrants to get Zealies – then which cat or dog person is really a winner?
If we go along and just click on VOTE button – that means we might not even look on pictures or read the descriptions. We just want our Zealies.
So, maybe I am missing something. Please somebody explain to me this paradox.
Akimo Girl, yes, we vote like crazy to get those zealies. You can vote for your pup and kitty pals. But voting closes Nov. 18. Read on, especially the last two bullet statements.
* The contest is open to anyone registered at Dogster or Catster. It’s free and only takes seconds to join.
* Submit photos in as many categories as you want.
* Vote for your favorites. The more you vote, the more Zealies you’ll get.
* Entries and user voting will run from October 14 to November 18.
* The top five vote recipients in each category will be named finalists, and the winner in each category will then be chosen by our esteemed contest judges.
* Finally, the vote goes back to the people. From November 18 until midnight, December 16, you can vote for your favorite finalists to determine the Best Dog and Cat in Show!
when do we receive the zealies. I already cast over 1000 votes?

I have voted for every single dog & cat entrant yet it continues to add up that I have voted for 36 less than the total number of entrants. I am curious about this discrepancy.
There are only 4,892 entries. It is impossible to get 100 zealies for 5,000 votes when we cannot even cast 5,000 votes.
It is unfair not to make an adjustment.
There are still two weeks left for voting. Don’t worry, there will be more than 5,000 entries by then!
I’m over 5000….if you count dogs and kitty’s together.
