rot in jail…no way..let someone tape her up like that for a day or so, that’s how long it would have seemed to be for that poor puppy!

These TWO people are very sick and although I do not know, unfortunately, how this could be done, these two should NEVER own animals OR CHILDREN as it is well documented that people who abuse animals–ABUSE children also later in life!! Their actions were painful and sick and I hope that they receive the most punishment that they can. It is too bad that we are not able to inflict the same treatment on them that they inflicted on the dog!! I also hold the male as responsible as the female and they deserve each other!! God Bless the police and the person who called on these people!!! I pray that this puppy is given to a loving, forever home and never meets up with trash that he has already been with!! So many animals are faced with similar situations and we, as humans, need to get laws passed to take care of these dispicable people!! I hope they rot in HELL also!!

The only thing worse than human’s inhumanity to mankind is their treatment to the other species that share this planet.

I cannot believe how many sick, twisted, discusting individuals walk on the earth. This girl obviously comes from a troubled background. I however, hope she goes to jail, and gets the help she needs as well. She must pay for this. God Bless the animals in the world. She should also never in her life be allowed to own and /or ever be alone with an animal from now on.

I’m with you Beth – unless that girl is taped to the side of a refrigerator, she shouldn’t be allowed near an animal or child.

I think this lady is seriously troubled and that she is totally accountable for her acctions.
However due to the extreme reation she had and the boyfriend’s response of “If I did that things would have been worse you don’t know abby” to the officer who asked why he did not untape the dog. Tells me that Jail is the last place this lady needs to go.
A good facility where she can get the mental help she so despatly needs is what needs to be done.
As the officer’s report said if she felt threatened by the dog she could have easily left the room and closed the baby gate behind her, this is what most people would have done. Also what was she doing at 3:30 a.m. trying to put salve on the dog? That also seems to be slightly imbalanced to me.

Yes this lady did a horrible thing, adn s totally accountable for her acctions, but who will it help if she goes to jail?

What a whack-o, I am glad the cops came when they did. The guy is just as much to blame as she is, he was there and let her do this terrible thing to his puppy, with the excuse that they were going to get rid of it anyway. With this type of logic it is ok to beat your children because they will eventually grow up and move out anyway. What kind of sick mind comes up with this kind of thing ?

I find it unbelievable that this boy would have a dog at all, who gave him this puppy? It’s obvious they both like torturing animals for fun, so I believe the correct punishment would be to lock these “things” in a one of those places for the criminally insane. This guy knew or was party to the torture of this puppy. I would also bring charges against whoever gave them the puppy. The girl should have her skin melted off, same as she did to the puppy before she taped it to the refridgerator. The fact that the guy did not immediately try to help the puppy rather than argue with his idiot girlfriend is also a clue to his character. They had a plastic bag taped around its muzzle? sounds like she was trying to smother it. It’s unbelievable that these people are allowed to walk free because an animal’s life matters so little.

Poor puppy! This is the kind of thing that makes puppies frighened of humans in later life. We don’t know what happened to Angel; we know only that she was abandoned before she turned three months old and was probably abused before that. Who in their right mind would do this kind of thing? “I know this looks bad”… it is bad!
