It must not have been Brittney's time to go, yet. While the steroids are giving her a quality of life, she is obviously living each day to the fullest. Soon enough he will know, and she will know, when enough is enough. And he will be able to help her cross to the rainbow bridge with nothing here left undone. What a heroine in her last days with us. Definitely a life well lived. Good Dog, Brittney!

That worked out great for him, but imagining how horrible stomach cancer must feel, I think the humane thing to do would be to put Britney to sleep. Unless those steroids are making her so comfortable that she's eating and enjoying life, that is!
