My dog suffered from ear infections his whole life (15 yrs) Try Zymox Otic. I prefered the one with hydrocortozone. but that will depend on your dog. They make an ear cleaner and enzyme drops. I found this the be the best treatment. You can buy it online, I use medi-vet.com and without a prescription. I would clean the ears every couple of days and put the emzyme drops in every day.
